Digital Mining System

    Through quarry model management, quarry exploitation management, smart truck dispatching and online analyzing & connection, you can have a scientific and effective management to the mine in exploitation, transportation and maintenance.
    The system digitalizes and informationizes the quarry on dimensions such as production, transportation, inspection, etc. It reveals a complete 3D figure of quarry to the plant management by data simulation and virtual reality technology, aiming the management to make right decisions.     After exploitation, the Smart Truck Dispatching module with GPS guides the trucks to transport the limestone to the plant. In the meanwhile, the Online Analyzing module monitors the composition and fluctuation of of the limestone, in order to adjust the quality by controlling limestone exploitation and exportation to get more stable products. Therefore, the limestone pre-blending could be done in the quarry area, instead of building large pre-blending strockpile, saving exploitation costs and increasing production efficiency.

    The Digital Mining System are consisted of four modules：Quarry Model Management, Quarry Exploitation Management, Smart Truck Dispatching and Online Analyzing & Connection.
    Achieve datamation and informatization of mine from production, transportation, inspection and other dimensions. Especially, for mines with unstable mineral grade and constituent structure, the management can understand the current mining status and make correct decisions through mining progress monitoring. For mines with high stability, digital mining management system can also achieve pre-homogenization storage yard simplification through linkage with mineral demander.
