Expert Control System

    Expert Control System is a new type of control system that is designed for complicated control problems in cement production process. The system combines expert’s operation experience with advanced algorithm, and is able to conduct human-simulating intelligent control, such as expert control, predictive control, self-adapting control, etc. It is mainly applied in the key parts in burning process, including calciner, grate cooler, and rotary kiln. This system helps reduce the interruption to cement production process by random variations like clinker composition, coal quality and others, achieving automatically, optimally and energy-saving control.
